The Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control (LACDACC) recently issued a press release about an increase in canine parvo virus cases in the Antelope Valley. LACDACC identifies trends in diseases in local animals. LACDACC noted increasing numbers of sick animals arriving at their Lancaster shelter recently.
Pet owners in all of Los Angeles County are being asked to help stop the parvo increase in their communities by getting their dogs vaccinated.
Please give us a call if you are uncertain as to whether your dog has been vaccinated against this deadly canine disease.
